Matthew Lohr
Matthew is president of West Coast Recreation Services, Inc. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Parks and Recreation Management from California State University, Chico, and a masters in Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
Since 1990, Matthew has worked in the parks and recreation field for cities such as Austin, Texas; and Brawley, Riverside, and Newport Beach, California. He also has worked for Desert Recreation District, Chico State Intramurals, and MWR Marine Corp. in Okinawa, Japan.
With over twenty-three years of experience, he has expertise in after-school programming, facility development and construction, facility maintenance, budgeting, grants, aquatics, small and large special events, marketing, technology to improve efficiency and productivity, and fee-based programs.

Danny Castro
Danny Castro is a native Texan and has lived in Austin, Texas, since 1979. He is a graduate of the University of Texas (Austin) and retiree from the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department. Danny is well known nationally in the parks and recreation profession for his enthusiasm, creativity, program development, customer service, revenue generation, and teamwork resulting in increased programs and services.
He has 26 years experience in the field of Parks and Recreation. His career in Austin was a steady progression up the professional ladder to Division Manager of the Northwest Parks and Recreation Services. Danny is known for his leadership ability and commitment to excellence and he has been recognized for innovative programming and improving working relationships between employees and community members. He developed many successful collaborations efforts with support groups, professionals, and vendors.

Dr. Gale Gorke
Dr. Gale Gorke a dynamic speaker, trainer, and author. Gale is a veteran educator in the public school system for nearly 30 years. Specializing in both elementary and secondary levels, she has impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of students, teachers, and administrators.
In 2004 she created Kids Kan Inc., an international organization that specializes in curriculum design, staff development, activity selection, and program implementation. Her teaching style effectively models a keen awareness of adolescent development and brain-based learning principles, accommodating all students' ability levels.

Mary Craig
Mary Craig is the manager for the WCRS adminstrative division, which includes website maintenance, accounts management, registration software, and customer service. Mary brings over twenty-five years of experience to the company, with five years in the park and recreation field.
